Kevin has been investing in property since 1991. Before getting trained in property, Kevin’s portfolio of 6 properties was actually losing him money and trapping him in his job in the Army.
19 years after buying his first investment property, he researched property education in the UK which led him to Progressive Property.
After getting properly educated in Property he was able to make his existing portfolio profitable, but also doubled the number of properties he owned in one year. A couple of years later Rob Moore invited him to join the team at Progressive Property as a trainer.
