“I have always wanted to be in property and prior to Progressive I had my own BTL but progress was slow. I never envisioned it would become a reality until my friend introduced me to the community and all the no money down techniques that I had never heard of.

I did the typical thing and started immersing myself into books, research and podcasts and believed I could do it on my own. But you don’t know what you don’t know.

I signed up and completed the No Money Down course with Kevin MCDonnell in May 2021, a day that is now etched into me and because I am a bit of a geek I got Kevin to sign my book to mark the beginning of my journey. I am just coming to the end of my mastermind programme which I loved. I have met some incredible people and made some friends for life! I am truly grateful to have the biggest support network who I speak to daily and can turn to. Without being cliche I have become a better version of me that I didn’t know existed. I have grown so much over the last year, more than any other year before and achieved things I didn’t think were possible. Kevin is alright also, jokes aside meeting the person I listened to during those many hours of podcasts and having him to turn to has been invaluable to my journey.

Having the mentors in the room challenge and support me has been brilliant, each of them has challenged something within me that has made me grow and be better. I am trying to get out of my comfort zone daily and honestly can’t believe what I have achieved in the last year. I am really excited and grateful to what the next year and beyond will bring me. Especially if it means coming to one of my favourite places at Progressive HQ and having my favourite pint in the brewers. It has not been easy, but if it was then everyone would be doing it!

My tips for you would be to:

Be consistent even on bad days
Know and play to your strengths and outsource the rest
Have a big ask WHY
Surround yourself with likeminded people who can help you grow!”
