Role: Head of brand & marketing:
Manage all brand assets (website, SEO, rob.team, email database RR, PS), online assets, social media profiles)
Work with brand team on social media (SN, HK, KMB, TM)
Work with ads/CPA team & agencies on lead gen.
Measure all relevant KPIs/metrics & feedback improvements (esp. Commercial & growth)


Main KRAs & IGTs:
KRAs (Key Result Areas)
Grow brand reach and revenue
Maintain online assets; all up to date
Create yearly growth plans for all profiles, platforms and media broken down into quarters


IGTs (Income Generating Tasks)
Analyse all data and report on CANEI (continued & never ending improvement)
Analyse conversion data, all traffic,, keyword research & SEO targeting
Research competition, refine ICPs (Ideal Client Profiles)
Research high volume keywords, headlines, titles & high profile guests
New ideas for brand growth; organic & paid & extracting new REV sources


Ongoing general tasks:
Trouble shoot broken pages, links etc
Ensure repurposing across all channels
Discover new media platforms to marketing on
Customer insights, journey
Managing CRM & databases


In this team you will be given the space to be entrepreneurial with a creative spirit, focused on a solutions-oriented approach to everything you do. A creative and strategic mindset, with proven experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns. Passion and creativity, with a real focus on the consumer and solving consumer problems.

You will be able to take insights and translate them into a brief to shape campaigns and activation activity. You will be commercially minded extracting additional REV sources. Commissions on new sources can be discussed
